ALEX TURVEY GOOD STUFF

 

First of all, I have to make sure that I'm not posting this because I'm a Shakira fan, I'm actually kind of tired of her (you can contact me if you want my reasons), this post was thought to show you the work that Alex Turvey made for Seat ad "good stuff" with Shakira, I attach backstage photos, some others of a levi's installation and some polaroids.

Primero que nada, tengo que aclarar que no posteo esto por ser fan de Shakira, de hecho, estoy un poco cansado de ella (pueden contactarme para darles mis razones), este post es para mostrarles el trabajo de Alex Turvey hizo para el comercial de Good Stuff de Seat con Shakira, pongo fotos del backstage, otras de una instalación en levi's y unas polaroids del comercial.

LADY BLUE SHANGAI

Oh my God! have you seen the last shortfilm for Lady Dior campaign, "Lady Blue Shangai"? directed by the master of darkness, David Lynch, it's a pleasure to watch how a complete story is developed around this blue purse and gives it a hole emotional value, also, it feels good to see Marion Cotillard in her delicious dress and walking around a precious hotel in Shangai. This is the third delivery of the campaign, let's wait for more.

Oh my God! han visto el ultimo corto para la campaña de Lady Dior, "Lady Blue Shangai"? dirigida por el genio de la oscuridad David Lynch, es un placer ver como se desarrolla una historia alrededor de este bolso azul y le da todo un valor emocional, además se siente bien ver a Marion Cotillard entallada en su delicioso vestido dentro de un hermosísimo hotel en Shangai. Ésta es la tercera entrega de la campaña, esperemos seguir viendo mas.

Finally!!! the wait has ended, I write this post one day after the premiere (I was working a lot) and the video has already 5 000 000 views, will it break the bad romance record? Quite cool debut in music videos world (taking away sticky and sweet "get stupid"), I love the way it´s transgressor y "madonnesque", the abisal colours of the photography are delicious and I think that the hair styling is a trendsetter and even though many hated the boobs guns, I give 'em one yes, an aplause to my gaga that did it again!

Por fin!!! terminó la espera, este post lo escribo un día después del estreno (la chamba no me había dejado) y el video ya lleva 5 000 000 views, romperá el record de bad romance? buena opera prima de klein en el mundo de los videos musicales (sin contar get stupid para el sticky and sweet), me encanta que sea trasgresor y madonesco, la fotografia de colores abisales es deliciosa y creo que los cortes de cabello son un trendsetter y aunque a muchos no gustaron de los rifles en las boobs, yo les doy el si, un aplauso a mi gaga que lo hizo otra vez!
