POLAROID GOES GAGA!

Si, finalmente pudimos ver que se tramaba Gaga con Polaroid... pues si, llegó la Grey Label de Polaroid, con dirección creativa a cargo de Lady Gaga, la verdad es que no sabemos que tanto hay de gaga en esto, pero se crearon algunas cosas interesantes.
Primero la impresora de bolsillo bluetooth me parece muy práctica, aunque no dejo de pensar que es muy estúpido que no funcione con los iPhones, a veces mac me enoja bastante. La camara digital/polaroid, es interesante pero no deja de ser una camarota estorbosa y algo impráctica, aunque le doy puntos por su versatilidad de ser cámara polaroid, digital y portaretratos digital a la vez, pero lo que realmente captó mi atención son los lentes que toman fotos y además son proyectadas en ellos mismos, es una forma interesante de mostrar el mundo como lo vemos desde nuestros ojos a través de ellos mismos.

Buenos o malos estos productos son Gaga y de seguro se van a vender como pan caliente y ya tienen su apartado en la historia del pop, pese a quien le pese y de seguro los veremos en el video de Born this way, el video que todos esperamos pro-gagas y anti-gagas por igual.


Yes, finally we could watch what was Gaga plotting with polaroid... so, Polaroid's Grey Label, with Lady Gaga creative direction has finally landed, we actually don't know how much gaga are in this, but some interesting stuff were made.
First of all, the pocket bluetooth printer I think is quite practical, but I can't stop thinking how stupid is that it doesn't work with iPhones, sometimes mac just make me mad. I found the digital/polaroid camera interesting but, It's still a bulky impractical one, but I give it some points because of its versatility of being polaroid and digital camera and also a digital picture frame, but what really caught my attention was the picture taking sunglasses and they also project this images into themselves, it's a interesting way of showing the world how we see it from our eyes trough themselves.

Good or bad ones, these products are gaga's and for sure will be sold like hot cakes and they already have their place in pop history, no matter who likes it or not and for sure we'll be watching them in Born this way video, the one we all have been waiting for, both, pro-gagas and anti-gagas.

Llevo tiempo en la búsqueda de una llave USB digna de un monstruo y después de una extensa búsqueda (si, no es la única que encontré, pero es la mas adecuada por reunir lo retro, lo chic, lo moderno y lo original: todo en uno!), el diseño corre a cargo de byAMT, les recomiendo hecharle un ojo al portafolio.

Ahora sólo queda conseguir una!

I´ve been looking for a while a USB worthy key, and after a long search (I know, it isn't the only one I found, but is the most monster appropriate, because it meets the retro, chic, modern and original: all in one!), the desing:  byAMT, I also recommend you to take a look to its portfolio.

Now we just have to get one!

JEAN PAUL GAULTIER MEN SS11

Pues vamos a empezar este 2011 con un post dedicado a Jean Paul Gaultier (han notado que sus siglas son JPG?),  creo que hace tiempo que no me emocionaba tanto con una colección de hombre (que no fuera de la Westwood, Dsquared2 o Viktor & Rolf, por ejemplo), Gaultier siempre se ha destacado por ser un genio en el tema, pero esta vez creo que fué muy atinado: primero por su inspiración, en los baños turcos, el 3D rojo y azul, sus clásicas rayas y kilts y además de un guiño al Duque Bowie, si esto lo unimos a una confección impecable, una gama de colores muy bien seleccionada y por supuesto un show y  modelos como los que eligió pues no podemos mas que obtener "une pièce de résistence".

Well, let's get this 2011 started with a post dedicated to Jean Paul Gaultier (have you noticed that his acronym is JPG?), I think there´s a long time I haven´t been so exited with a men collection (at least not a Westwood, Dsquared2 or Viktor & Rolf for example), Gaultier´s always been a genius about it, but this time I think he was quite wise: first of all, because of his inspiration: turkish baths, blue & red 3D glasses,  his classic stripes & kilts and a wink to the duque Bowie, if you join this with an impecable confection, a very well selected palette and of course a great show with great models, we only espect "une pièce de résistence".
